"Help Us Connect"
A Therapy Group for Neurodiverse Couples

Living in a Neurodiverse Relationship (a neurotypical with a partner with Apserger's) can feel like a journey into dangerous territory where your best efforts backfire. This can be true for both partners!

During our group sessions, I will introduce specific topics and provide overall therapeutic guidance but, mostly, I will facilitate a safe environment where group members can explore ways to make life more meaningful and manageable.

  • 6pm every other week on Wednesday starting 3/21/18

  • double sessions (100 minutes) ending at 7:40pm

  • 6 sessions (after 6 sessions the group will decide whether to continue or another 6 sessions)

  • IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO MAKE THESE TIMES/DATES, PLEASE LET ME KNOW.

WHERE: Harry's office in San Jose

WHAT: We will discuss topics such as communication, finding feelings, past hurts, anger management, time together/apart, social situations, sex and parenting. The group will explore what has worked and what has failed. The focus will be on constructive ways to improve.

COST: $350/person for 6 sessions, due at the first session.

WHO: Limited to 8 participants. This group is primarily designed for couples but individuals may participate alone if the spouse refuses to attend.

BENEFITS:

  • Feel less alone
